OpinionKings is a play-money, market-style prediction simulation operated by Opinion Kings Inc. These guidelines describe how we expect users to behave on the platform. Following them keeps the simulation fair, the community safe, and the experience fun.
1. Respectful behavior
Treat other users with basic respect.
No harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, doxxing, or targeted attacks based on identity.
No adult, sexual, or graphically violent content. No content depicting or promoting illegal activity.
No impersonation of other users, public figures, or OpinionKings staff.
2. Platform integrity
One person, one account. No multi-accounting, account sharing, or coordinated networks of accounts.
No bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools that interact with the simulated markets, leaderboards, or virtual credit system.
No attempts to exploit, game, or manipulate simulated markets, virtual credits, points, badges, or leaderboards through deceptive means.
No coordinated abuse, brigading, or organized misinformation campaigns.
No probing, reverse engineering, or attempts to access non-public parts of the Service.
3. Content quality
No spam, off-topic promotion, or affiliate-link dumping.
No claims that the Service is a real-money trading product or guarantees any real-world outcome or profit. OpinionKings is currently a play-money simulation — please don't represent it as anything else when sharing screenshots or content from the platform.
No content that purports to give financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. Reporting
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it at [email protected]. Include links, screenshots, and any context that helps us investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions, at our discretion and without prior notice, when a user violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service:
Remove or hide the offending content.
Issue a warning.
Suspend or restrict account features, including posting, trading simulations, or leaderboard participation.
Reset, adjust, or remove virtual credit balances connected to the violation.
Terminate the account permanently for severe or repeated violations.
Because virtual credits have no cash value, removal or adjustment of a virtual credit balance does not give rise to any monetary claim.
