Simulation Disclosure

1. No real money

• The Service does not accept real-money deposits.
• The Service does not process real-money withdrawals.
• The Service does not custody, transfer, or settle currency, securities, or other instruments of value.

2. Virtual credits

All on-platform balances, scores, P&L figures, and similar amounts are virtual credits. Virtual credits:

• are not cash and have no cash value;
• are not securities, commodities, derivatives, swaps, or financial instruments;
• cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, goods, or services; and
• may be granted, adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion as part of normal operation of the simulation.

3. Simulated markets and prices

Market prices, charts, percentages, multipliers, and outcomes shown on the Service are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They may be illustrative, delayed, synthetic, or simplified, and they should not be relied upon for any real-world decision. Past simulated performance does not predict any real-world outcome.

4. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Opinion Kings Inc. is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, exchange, designated contract market, or regulated trading venue, and the Service is not a regulated financial product. If you need advice for real-world decisions, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Platform discretion

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, add, modify, pause, re-resolve, or cancel any simulated market; adjust virtual credit balances; change resolution criteria; or change or discontinue features of the Service. We do this to keep the simulation working as intended and to address mistakes, abuse, or operational issues.
