• Date of birth: Provided when you create an account. We use it only to confirm you are old enough to hold an account and to determine whether you are old enough to trade. We store the date itself rather than a derived age, because an age is only true for a year; it is not used for advertising, profiling, or shared with anyone outside the providers named below.
• Account & activity data: Account creation timestamp, login events, and your simulated activity within the Service (virtual credit balances, simulated orders, simulated positions, settings, support messages). This data exists only within the play-money simulation.
• Content you submit: Posts, comments, polls, images, videos, direct messages, and profile information you choose to upload. This content is stored so the Service can display it to you and, where you've made it public, to other users.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP. Collected automatically for security, eligibility, and service operation.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns, collected to improve performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account management: Creating and authenticating your account, restoring your simulated state across sessions, and providing support.
• Service operation: Running the play-money simulation, calculating simulated outcomes and virtual credit balances, and persisting your activity.
• Communication: Sending transactional messages such as sign-up confirmations, security notices, and occasional product updates about OpinionKings.
• Security & fraud prevention: Detecting and preventing duplicate accounts, automated abuse, manipulation of simulated activity, and other misuse.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
