1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using opinionkings.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Nature of the Service — Play-Money Simulation Only

OpinionKings, as the Service is currently offered, is a play-money, market-style prediction simulation. All balances, markets, prices, orders, positions, and outcomes shown on opinionkings.com are simulated. Specifically:

• No real-money deposits, withdrawals, or transactions occur on the Service. We do not offer, broker, custody, or execute trades in any security, commodity, derivative, swap, or other financial instrument.
• Any "balance," "credit," "virtual credits," "P&L," "winnings," or similar amount is virtual, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, goods, or services. Virtual credits are not securities, commodities, derivatives, swaps, or financial instruments.
• Market prices and outcomes are for educational and entertainment simulation only. They may be illustrative, delayed, synthetic, or simplified and should not be relied upon for any real-world decision.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument, or a representation about any future OpinionKings product.

This section describes the Service as it is currently offered. The Service, including its features and the way markets and balances operate, may change over time in accordance with Section 10 (Modifications to Terms).

4. Accounts

To use certain features you may need to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for inactivity, suspected abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, or use disposable, temporary, or automated email addresses.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to manipulate simulated markets, leaderboards (where present), or any virtual balance or scoring mechanism through deceptive means.
• Impersonate another person, entity, or OpinionKings representative.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to extract source code or non-public data.
• Disrupt, disable, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, security mechanisms, or other users' access.
• Represent the simulated environment as a live or real-money product, or use screenshots, data, or outputs to mislead others about OpinionKings.

Violation may result in immediate account termination, reset or forfeiture of virtual balances, and other action available to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property associated with OpinionKings and the Service are owned by Opinion Kings Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

7. Beta / Demo Disclaimer

The Service is provided on a best-effort, as-is basis and may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Features, simulated markets, virtual credit balances, accounts, and data may be modified, reset, cancelled, re-resolved, or deleted at our sole discretion. You should not rely on the Service for any business, financial, or operational purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Opinion Kings Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opinion Kings Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opinion Kings Inc. shall not be liable for any damage to, or loss of use of, any device, hardware, software, system, or data, or for any viruses, bugs, or other harmful components, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or any content obtained through it. You access and use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Opinion Kings Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

Opinion Kings Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where we consider changes to be material, we may, but are not obligated to, notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
