No. OpinionKings is a play-money simulation. The service does not accept real-money deposits and does not process real-money withdrawals.
Balances, profit and loss, leaderboard standing and any figure shown in the app are virtual. They cannot be redeemed, transferred or converted to currency.
The Deposit button in the app is disabled for this reason. If you see it, it is not an oversight — payments are not live.
