What do the prices and percentages mean?

Each outcome trades between 0 and 100. Read it as a probability: an outcome at 62 means the market currently thinks it is about 62% likely.

If the outcome happens, each share settles at 100. If it does not, it settles at 0. Buying at 62 and being right returns 100 per share; being wrong returns nothing.
