The same price can be written three ways. Pick whichever you read fastest; it changes the display only, never the price you pay.
Take an outcome the market puts at roughly a 62% chance, with the other side at 38%:
A minus number is the favourite and tells you the stake needed to win 100: −163 means risking 163 to win 100. A plus number is the underdog and tells you the win on a stake of 100: +163 means 100 returns 163 in profit. Even money is +100.
Market cards in the feed, the outcome list on a market page, and the trade panel all follow the setting.
One exception: the Yes and No buttons you buy from always show a price, never a percentage. A buy price is what you pay, not a chance, so on Prediction chance those two buttons stay in cents. The Chance column beside them is the percentage.
