Members-only posts and reels are collected under the Membership tab on your profile, alongside your tiers. They are not mixed in with your public Posts and Reels tabs.
People who are not members do not see them in the feed at all. A locked card in the middle of a scroll interrupts someone who did not ask for it, and several in a row read as broken rather than exclusive.
On your profile they stay visible, because that is where someone deciding whether to join is already looking.
Your own members-only content is always visible to you, wherever it appears.
