When someone joins, most of the charge goes to you and the rest is a platform fee. Your share lands in a membership balance, kept separate from your trading credits.
You can move it across whenever you like, from the earnings panel in the creator studio. It is a deliberate action, not automatic.
While earnings sit in the membership balance they do not count toward your leaderboard standing. Moving them into your trading balance is what makes them tradable.
There are no refunds. When a member cancels, the next charge simply does not happen and their access runs to the date they have already paid through.
